HR Services broadly involve:
- Employee relations, including Grievances, Disciplinary, Investigations, Appeal and Tribunals
- Writing policies, procedure, employment contracts and other relevant statement of terms
- Resourcing / recruiting staff, hiring contractors and dealing with TUPE transfers
- Keeping the organisation safely compliant with the law
Support Level 1
- Remote advice on how to manage any HR issue
- Access to experts with many years experience working in the field of HR who possess tried and tested application of the law.
- Detailed advice for situations when you may need to discipline or dismiss staff
- Ensuring legal compliance thorough assistance with reviews of relevant Employment Law documents, such as staff contracts and contractors agreements
- Assistance with safeguarding and recruitment issues
- Support with planning, designing, delivery, implementation and evaluation of training and developments.
Support Level 2
- ALL of Support Level 1 as well as the following additional services:
- 9am – 5pm remote advice on how to manage any HR issue
- Access to UK-based HR professionals at Disciplinary Hearings when you may need to discipline or dismiss a member of staff
- Expert advice on any change management including restructure and redundancies
- Regular reviews of all staff absence i.e., sickness
- Clear guidance on safeguarding and safer recruitment
- Monthly Quality Audits based on any HR issue within your business areas
- Input on planning, designing, delivering, implementation and evaluation of training and developments.
Support Level 3
- ALL of Support Level 2 as well as the following additional services:
- Advice on any Covid-19 related issue and case management.
- Guidance and support on all employee relations cases, such as disciplinary, grievance and dismissals
- Expert advice at any stage of a potential dismissal or subsequent Appeal Hearings
- Clear guidance with any employment tribunal cases, including supporting with preparation of any tribunal cases
- Review of Governors Agreements
- Review of pay and reward management
- Support with resourcing
- Strategic partnership in the planning, designing, delivering, implementation and evaluation of training and any developmental activities.
- Three-monthly employment law e-learning on preparing for any legislative changes
- On-site visits, if necessary.
- Leading on end to end recruitment campaign life cycle from attraction, selection, offer management, on-boarding and induction
