School
Improvement

Our range of school improvement support programmes are extensive. We adapt according to the brief and needs of our clients. Although we cover whole school, departmental and pre-inspection reviews and safeguarding reviews, our services do not exclusively fall into these categories. Pre-Inpsection
Support

Ensure you are well prepared for your school inspection under the new Framework by having one of our experts work with you to conduct a Mock Inspection. We offer personalised packages involving in-school support, training and guidance designed to perfectly prepare you and your staff for upcoming inspections. We can cover all aspects of the Framework, or if you have a particular area which you would like to focus on, our experts are happy to help.

Leadership
Support

We support by contributing to your success story in a number of ways; whether this be through the support/challenge of senior or middle leadership teams, support for governors and/or trustees, help with the setting of vision or strategy, or support with senior staff recruitment or performance management. We offer bespoke support packages which cater to your needs with advice, feedback and recommendations.

Standards and Compliance

If you are concerned about compliance, we are able to help. We offer training packages for leaders, including trustees and governors. Our whole school reviews assist with instilling complete confidence.

Coaching and Mentoring

Our training and Continued Professional Development programmes are bespoke and personalised. Our custom workshops can cover curriculum-focused or school improvement focused initiatives. If there are particular subjects which need support, we will do what we can to facilitate using our specialist consultants.

Conferences
and Events

The Federation of Independent Schools hosts conferences throughout the year. Our clients also call upon us to run conferences in their schools on areas of interest to them and their organisations. Our conferences are professional and informative. In line with our company Vision, we aim to promote self-improvement through networking with ourselves and others. Our range of speakers and facilitators are skilled in particular areas. We also partner with other providers and exhibitors who wish to publicise their services. It is a great opporunity to network with other colleagues and engage with them directly.
