Who can be a Member?
The Headteacher/Principal of the school is the member, not the school.
- To be elected a Member of the Federation of Independent Schools, members are required to:
- be the person in day-to-day control of the school,
- have sufficient relevant experience, as stated in the Terms of Reference.
Membership Registration Process
- Complete and return the registration form.
- A one-off registration fee is payable at this point.
- We will contact you to arrange a meeting with you in your school (This is NOT an inspection).
- Following the visit, we will confirm acceptance of your Membership.
Membership is annual, from 1st August to 31st July.
